Before entering, please ensure you have read the Rules and Terms in their entirety as the submission of any entry into Outdoor Outdoor Film Festival (OOFF) implies acceptance of these by the filmmaker.

A film may only be entered once into OOFF. Films must be complete when uploaded at the time of entry. Works-in-progress, trailers or unfinished projects will not be considered. New versions of films already submitted will not be considered.

Films produced in the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 up to the late entry deadline are eligible for competition.

If English is not the original language of the film, it must be entered into competition with English subtitles or be dubbed in English.

Upon submission, the filmmaker agrees to have their film screened at OOFF as part of the Festival. OOFF reserves the right in the arrangement of film screening schedules. OOFF reserves the right to remove selected films from its program for any reason and at any time.

The filmmaker grants OOFF the right to copy and version the entry in its entirety to facilitate technical operations of the Festival.

The filmmaker grants OOFF the right to use up to three minutes from the entry, as well as accompanying photos and materials submitted for promotional purposes of OOFF and its activities. Submissions may be retained by OOFF for archival purposes.

The filmmaker acknowledges and agrees that all matters will be decided by OOFF organizers or the OOFF jury at their sole discretion.

Screening fees will not be paid by OOFF. An admission charge will be made to the public in order to defray the costs of the festival event.

By submitting to OOFF, the filmmaker agrees that they own or control the copyright of materials in and to, and are duly authorized to submit them.

All submitting filmmakers will be notified of the official selections prior to the festival.
